Exchange and return Policy

TWNTY FVE operates on a strict no cash refund policy.

We do not provide refunds to bank accounts, UPI, cards, or any original payment method.
Instead, all approved returns will be issued as a store wallet credit on our website.


Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if:
• You received a defective / damaged product
• You received the wrong product
• There is a size issue (fit mismatch)


Non-Eligible Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted if:
• Product is used, worn, or washed
• Tags or packaging are missing
• Request is made after 7 days of delivery
• Product is marked final sale / non-returnable


Return Process
• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• You must provide:
• Order ID
• Reason
• Clear images / videos (unboxing proof if needed)


Refund Method (IMPORTANT)
• Approved returns → Store Wallet Credit only
• No cash / bank / UPI refunds
• Wallet credit:
• Valid for 90 days
• Must be used on TWNTY FVE website
• Non-transferable


Exchange Rules
• Only one exchange allowed per order
• If replacement is unavailable → wallet credit issued
• Product must pass quality check after return


Return Shipping
• If issue is from our side → we may cover pickup
• Otherwise → customer may need to self-ship
